Height: 5 foot on the dot
Physical Description: Skinny and a late bloomer as a human, Chase has always looked pale. She wears bandages to hide her cyborg parts (arms, chest, neck).
Weapons: She can shoot plasma from her hands. (Let me describe in story format: The dude was getting away! She had no choice. She shot her arm up, snapping her palm. The skin opened up and a white light charged before shooting red plasma at the guy.) A direct hit at a glancing blow can cause first degree blows. Over a small area, second or third degree burns. She can use this ten times a day, with three minutes needed to recharge her arm in between them.
Flaws: She needs to recharge a lot. If she doesn't recharge, she can't do very much at all. Her plasma blasts won't work and she'll get slow and jerky. Near illiterate. Can't do math.
Education/Occupation: No education. But she found some ancient books (these things with paper pages... It's a novelty!) in an underground bunker. She learnt from them for a while. She understands basic robotics. However, she cannot do math and her reading ability is very low.
Hobbies: She reads when she can.
Personal History*: Chase was born in what used to be a hospital. It was ruis when she was born. The reason her parents were there was because they were running from robots. Later in life, living in poverty, Chase was running through the ruins of a school. She was kicked by someone into the basement, falling down the stairs that led down. The person then shot her with plasma. Her heart failing, the person took her to what seemed to be an old laboratory. She was opperated on. Her blood was replaced with an oil that was very much similar to blood in practice. Her heart and lungs were fortified by her ribs becoming infused with metal. Body parts were replaced. And the most important things to go were her eyes. Her eyes were replaced with robotic onces. When Chase woke up, she didn't know what was going on and ran away.
RP example*: Chase ran, skidding as she turned the corner. She was running barefoot through the remains of some building. She appeared to be wearing a hospital gown. She was scared. Scared by how she could see everything and even zoom at it. She didn't know why she was bandaged and she didn't understand what was going on. She was more than scared. She was afraid.
Notes: Recharging means sleep... Except she doesn't need that anymore.
